FEATURE 2: RAMP & DIGISOUL COME INTO KNOWLEDGE!

We are proud to announce that Digisoul and RAMP are soon to be working on some exciting new projects! RAMP was formed in Cincinnati in 1975 by Band Leader and Drummer John Manuel, with Sibel Thrasher and Sharon Matthews as lead vocalists. Landy Shores on guitar, Nate White on bass. In the winter of 1976, RAMP met Roy Ayers and he signed the group on the spot! In 1977, their debut album, Come Into Knowledge, quietly hit the shelves and has since become a must have (yet incredibly hard to find) record for lovers of Soul and Rare Rare Groove. Today, with the help of A Tribe Called Quest, Common, PM Dawn and countless others, RAMP have reformed with the original line-up & instrumentation.
Ramp will be in the UK from the 1st to the 15th Of July and will be performing exclusive lo-key shows all over the country.
